VariCAD announces the new version of its 3D/2D mechanical CAD system.  The new VariCAD 2008 2.0 is available in both 32 and 64-bit versions.  The new release brings a possibility of using 2D tools in 3D space for editing profiles of 3D solids and creation of new solids, improvements in 2D drawing, working with colors and their settings, improvements in 3D display and objects selection, etc.
