Phoenix, AZ, July 6, 2009 – The Open Design Alliance (ODA) today announced advancements in their Quality Assurance team, including a newly hired QA Manager and QA Support Systems Engineer.  In addition to a growing team, the QA Department will also see hardware upgrades and new server installations for the ODA automated test systems.

Expansions in quality assurance have enabled the ODA to further advance the reliability of existing products and move forward more quickly with the upcoming 3.0 platform release, which will include support for 2010 DWG files.

Neil Peterson, Chief Technical Officer of the ODA, stated, “The quality assurance goals we set in 2007 are being implemented step-by-step, as planned.  Our internal tracking reports and member feedback all indicate that our quality assurance efforts are increasing the quality of our platform across all operating systems, which ensures that our members can build applications faster and with better quality for their customers.”
