Complete line of touch and laser scanning measuring arms to be unveiled at IMTS 2010
North Kingstown, RI - September 8, 2010 - Hexagon Metrology Inc. announced today it will unveil the complete new line of ROMER Absolute Arms in Chicago at IMTS 2010. In addition to the previously released absolute Arm six axis arm for tactile and tube inspection, two additional seven axis models will be demonstrated in the "Shop Floor Zone" area of the Hexagon Metrology booth at McCormick Place's east hall. Two seven axis Absolute Arm models, one with integrated laser scanner and one with the capability to attach an external laser scanner will each be released in six sizes ranging from a 2 meter measuring range to a 4.5 meter measuring range. Hexagon Metrology Inc. will present the complete product line at IMTS 2010 in booth E-5115 and also at an exclusive live webcast on Thursday, September 16th at 1pm CST, direct from the booth.
