A set of robust, professional, competitively-priced command line tools for modifying PDF files from the command line have been released.  They are suitable for stand-alone use or from within scripts or programs server-side.

The toolkit runs on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux/x86.  Other platforms are by request.

They are accompanied by a comprehensive 48-page manual.
